Menai Bridge Bus station is about a two minute walk from Bryn Aethwy. Taxi’s will come to the main entrance on request. Bangor train station approx. 10 minutes from Bryn Aethwy via Public transport and/or your vehicle.

Elaine put flowers I had delivered before our arrival into a vase in our room, put some chocolates that she bought herself on our pillow as we were there for our wedding anniversary and was as a whole a fantastic host. The house is incredible and our room had an awesome view of the suspension bridge and a lovely shower that fits 2 people in. With Elaine being such a warm host we immediately felt like we were at a friend’s house not just a B&B. We are definitely going back here anytime we can.

We have visited the property several times and always have a great time. It is well located for restaurants etc. The room had a fabulous view and a very comfy bed. It is so peaceful and you’re not disturbed at night. The breakfast is delicious too. Elaine is a fabulous host and looks after everyone exceptionally well!

Very helpful and friendly hostess/manager, who gave us good advice in advance and looked after us well. The bonus was that we had the top floor to ourselves.
